High School ... again

Um ... I'm not exactly sure what to write, considering I wrote it all a month ago. So my posting is over there to the right side bar thingy. Nothings really changed but check it out any way if you want. I honestly don't care.

War - Do we need it?

Honesty. Do we really need people dying too early for the sake of our country? I mean I love America but not that much. Why can' the two smartest people in both countries get together and just play tic-tac-toe or checkers? That seems a hell of a lot safer than using guns. I don't know it's just been bothering me because my cousin went to the war and now he's back in the reserves in Florida. Let me know your thoughts.

Dr. Pepper

Now I know it's not good for you but Dr. Pepper is amazing. The greatest drink that ever hit this planet and quite possibly the greatest thing period. Now for all those people that live in rocks, Dr. Pepper is a soft drink or sodie pop and it has an awesome blend of 23 different flavors. Some of those being cherry cola, coke and sprite. May sound gross but all of those flavors combined is like watching a sunset with you loved one. Or, in other words, like breaking in that brand, spanking new 4-wheeler in fresh mud in the middle of the summer after 3 days of rain. Yes, it is that good. Better than coke and better than Mountain Dew. By the way if you ever mix the two, it's awesome. I call it "Dr. Dew but some other people call it "Mounatin Pepper". I actually think that "Dr. Dew" sounds better, but just my opinion. Anyway, it also has many flavors in which they just add more of the flavors in the mix. For example, in Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper they will add more vanilla and cherry flavors plus all the others to get that taste. That's a winning combo. Also, the new Dr. Pepper that just came out, Diet Cherry Chocolate Dr. Pepper is amazing. I highly recommend trying it, even of you do not like Dr. Pepper. Oh and if you don't, my little "friend" here on the right will come to your house and take a big crap on your bed. Which by the way will smell like Dr. Pepper. But I'm just kidding ... but seriously.

Slash is the Greatest

My favorite guitarist is, obviously, Slash. He played for Guns N' Roses and he plays right now for Velvet Revolver. They are actually on tour right now, though I am not sure where. It's a global tour so for all I know they can be in Tokyo or in London. Anyway, the reason being that he is the greatest is because he plays amazing guitar solos and is famous. Everyone really knows Slash because he has the famous top hat that is, however sick nasty. Now Brian Shaver disagrees with me. He thinks that Peter Frampton is better than Slash. Well, being the person that I am, I will have to disagree with him. Frampton is good, don't get me wrong, but just because he can play with the talk box, doesn't mean he is the greatest. I have already seen Slash enterain thousands of people with the talk box. His Les Paul is just famous because it's Slash's and because of the cool design on it. He dedicated his life to play guitar and he has health issues that almost killed him. Then again, it's his own fault for consuming all that alcohol and taking so many drugs. Point is if you listen to this guy, he's the reason Metal and Hard Rock are existant. Oh and by the way, I like those genres of music.

The Most Un-Patriotic Game EVER!!!

"Turning point: Fall of Liberty." What The Heck? If this game was made in America, then the people that made it must be Nazi-wanna-be's. But then again no one wants to be one of those guys 'cause we'll kick thier asses all over again. Besides that, in this game you are a rebel so to speak and you must destroy the Nazis invading America today. Seems pretty simple right? There's only one problem ... Those dumb Nazis will never EVER reach American soil because we are too awesome. Next, I saw in the commercial that Nazi flags are all over New York City, even on Lady Liberty. There were flags on the Capital Building and the Whit House. Nazis every where, destroying every beautiful American building in NYC. I wanted to cry yet play the game and kill every single Nazi. That's not right. I don't care if the achievements are easy, the gameplay is amazing or even if Stephen Colbert thinks it's the greatest game ever, which I know he doesn't. This game is just saying, Hey let's try and predict what may have happened if America was taken over by Nazis! I say shame on you. SHAME ON YOU!!! B Shaves I know you got my back. I think that the people who made this game should just leave the land of the free and the home of the brave. Recite the national anthem you jerks!! LoL. I love ranting!! =]

New Haircut

Yes, it's true. I finally got a hair cut today after work. Even though I was not at school today it was because my mom's wicked sick and I needed to keep her company. =] Anyway, at 7 pm on Wednesday February 27th, I got a hair cut (sorta). It's a trim, but at least it's not as long as it was. The hair dudette was cracking jokes about my hair and how long it was. I told her I was blind and she giggled. Hoo-sha!! She was smoking hott! LoL. Plus people at my place of occupation a.k.a. Wegmans were telling me to cut it. One of my friends, Jen from the bakery, told me that it seemed like I couldn't see well. She was right. So my dad offered to get one after work. Duh, I said yeah. Sooo now my hair is normal and I can see. Jesus has risen from the dead because I was once blind, but now I can see.

Little Siblings Must Be Anihilated

First of all, I need to learn how to spell.
Secondly, I'd like to get to the point
of the title. Anyone with little and/or bigger siblings, will know what I'm talking about. I have two little brothers and let me say they are the biggest pains in the ass. No lie ... seriously. When I do NOT do anything at all during an argument, who gets yelled at?? the oldest. It's like a mini radar on people that tells them "Hey blame that guy right there, the oldest one." Just kidding but really, if you aren't the oldest in your family then you have no idea how hard it is. You, being the oldest are the scapegoat of the family. Here's an example. Just about a month ago, My dad and my brother, Drew were arguing about driver's ed. I, staying out of it stayed upstairs until I THOUGHT that the argument subsided. Well, it didn't. I got downstairs and my dad used me as an example. Well, that got Drew got flustered and started making very inappropriate remarks about the way I save my money.

BTW - I'm not very good at saving money. haha :)

Anyway, I was now involved in the argument. In my head I was telling myself, "You are an idiot. You should have just stayed upstairs and kept playing Halo 3. Idiot." Well, here's the scoop. I started to yell at Drew saying how good I was doing now and how I was working on it. He contradicted me and said "How much money you got then?" That one sentence pissed me off because you can't obviously compare how much money you have now while you are working on saving money or just starting. I mean c'mon, seriously!! We went back and forth, just yelling at each other. Until my dad pulls the peace-keeping job and just starts pouring insults at me. I got sick of it so I walked away and then my dad started yelling at Drew. So I quickly chugged a mug of Dr.Pepper and got some Ramen noodles I was making during the arguing and rushed upstairs.

Dr. Pepper + Ramen Noodles + Empty Stomach yearning for someone to feed it = OMG Heaven

Next there's the littlest brothers or sisters that pull the "Mommy help me!" card. You cannot win with the littlest brother, trust me I've tried more than once. No story for this one but just take my word for it. They are "little angels" compared to the oldest. It just makes me mad 'cause it's like hey, he killed the fish not me!! But then she goes and and says oh he couldn't have done it because he's only 10. I could go on for hours about this but I'm not.

Oh and don't think I hate my brothers. I love them a lot. "Bro's fo life!!" :-D

Linkin Park

Most of you think i'm crazy but yes, I am a huge fan of Linkin Park. They just have awesome combinations of Rap, Metal, Rock and Pop. It's amazing what they can do! You'll notice on my player I have two songs from thier new album "Minutes to Midnight". Hands Held High is about the Iraq war and Shadow of the Day is just a song i like. I'm not quite sure what it means, but I'll find out later. Anyway, I'd just like to say that they are pretty cool people off the stage. Mike Shinoda is my all-time favorite singer/rapper only because he's just a cool guy. He seems nice and his lyrics are awesome. Better than SOME other rappers' music. Some of that shit is just like "Gimme some p***y and some a**. Then summore ladies, kill some n****s. Then sleep on it." I'm like what the hell is this garbage?? It makes no sense except for the fact that they are just completely nasty all the time! But oh well, what are you going to do?

Next up is Joe Hahn and let me say, he's one pretty sweet DJ. He makes some killer raps for Linkin Park and some other bands, I'm told. If you get the chance, look up the songs "Cure for the Itch" and "Session". They aren't really songs but some raps that he put together that sound awesome. I can beat-box to some of it but I'm not nearly good enough for Mr. Hahn's DJing yet.

Then there is Pheonix, Brad Delson, and Rob Bourdon are the guitarists of this phenominal band. They are pretty sweet people, not like "aww how cute!" sweet but like surfer-termed sweet. Dave "Pheonix" Farrell just has an awesome nick-name, Brad just has a sick nasty afro and Brad ... well, he's just brad. Point is, they play great.

Last, there is Chester. He's the screamer. Yeah, most people just go "Shut up emo bastard" but guess what? He's not emo. He has to sing like that because that is what Linkin Park is somewhat famous for. The DJing, rapping and screaming all in one band. Can't go wrong, huh? But he and Mike are two awesome people in the band. Not because they are the most well known, but because they actually care about they're fans and other people. They are not all into thier "ego" either. Just look at some of thier pics on M Shinoda's blog (http://www.mikeshinoda.com/). He's not all cool or 'fresh' or anything like that. He looks like a human and same goes for Chester. They are just having some fun. Plus they're music is amazing.

Haha just thought I'd share.

Dogs steals a car

Yeah you heard it right. A 80lb boxer 'stole' a 1985 pick up truck by lifting the park break. The first time that I saw that on Yahoo, I was in shock and awe! I had no idea that dogs can drive but i was wrong. A man went into a miny mart, and when he came out his pick up was gone! The security camera has the whole thing on tape, even showing the car backing out into lots of traffic. It' pretty scaryto me because that dog could have turned into sausage. Which then he'd prolly try and eat himself and that would be nasty. Anyway, The clip just talks about how concerned the guy was and how the dog actually did it. (And btw B Shaves, He's black. You may wanna hide)

Here's the link >> http://www.abcnews.go.com/

Thanks!!

Funny Vid

I thought this clip was funny. I'm sure everyone's seen it but I just felt like posting it.

But not only is this funny, it gets you thinking about how people do some of these stunts. I mean how did they make the "midget", the midget? Did they have someone behind the blonde haired guy? Or did they really have a midget there?? Haha I know how they did it, but someone else may not. Just thought I'd post it to see how comments I get. Prolly none but that's okay. I don't care.

Snow Sucks BIG Time

Alright, as you all know I work at Wegmans. I love it there because the people are nice and the work is easy. Anyway, I had to work outside today and let me say right here and now that SNOW SUCKS!! I trotted through the snow, hearing the "splooshs" and "splashes" of the icy cold slush and dealing with angry customers. The snow was the least of the problem. All I had to do is shovel it, salt it and let it be. The slush however was the worst. We had to shovel the slush into the drains and the water that went with it. By the way, I do not own a pair of boots (and if I do then I lost them). The water found its way into my sneakers and waterlogged them as well as my socks. I was angry but very subtle about it. I didn't complain about it 'cause I mean seriously who wants to hear someone complain?? I know I don't but yeah everyone's shoes/ boots were drenched. Eventually, the people and the storm calmed down. The people before the storm subsided were angry at the storm so they decided to take it out on us! :-) Awesome!

Cats v Dogs

I know there are a lot of people out there who love cats and people who love dogs. I love them both but lets get some facts straight. Dogs are man's best friend and you can feed them your scraps from dinner. They aren't smart so they make you feel smart, they like to go on trips and they don't piss in the car on the way to the vet. Dogs are friendly and very protective of thier owner. Cats have some good areas too. They like to be pet, and they have soft fur. They aren't that smart sometimes and they get frightened easily. Wow, maybe I hate cats. Oh well, my point is that dogs and cats are cool. So why do people hate cats when they aren't allergic to them? I don't know and I don't care. I just needed a topic. LoL

Where I'd Rather be ....

I'd really rather be in the Bahamas right now than be in upstate New York. I've never been to the Bahamas, but I heard that it's awesome!! My friend from long island went there for her break. She's having a good time, even though she told me she wishes I was there! LoL, just kidding. But they have a nice climate, nice people and great pleaces to have fun. This is my dream vacation and right noe, I wish I was there with my friend Katie. I'd be mad fun to go to a bar, have a little fun and just hang out with her. She's a pretty cool girl and the best part is, she thinks just like I do. Anyway, I bet she's having sooo much fun. I bet you she met one of those dudes that talks ... Carribbean or something ... mon? Haha I don' know.

Rejected = Hilarious

I thought this was an amzing, yet stupid video .... Enjoy

My Dream Job

Okay. It used to be a graphic designer. Yeah well, then I found out that I did not want to. So now, I'm on my way to be a Game Designer. It's a little different than most jobs but the video game industry is booming and I want in! I love video games and they are the only thing that gets rid of my anger. I could seriously play 'Dead Rising' (a zombie slasher game) for hours on end if I had a terrible day. The when I was done, then I would mellow out. Anyway, it would be amazing if I had the talent and expertice to design my very own video game. If it was good enough, then I could possibly be a multi-millionaire like the people at Bungie for making Halo. Even though you are the "head hancho" you still need a team. You would have to make the characters as 3D clay models and use the computer for those sick nasty cut scenes. Lighting, camera angles all of that matters in a video game, just like in a movie. Of course I would have to move to the west coast, but I'd be well worth it. But before I do, I need the degree in Computer Science. I am going to MCC for 2 years in electrical engineering then RIT for 4 years for game design. I know it will be a long time before I get a job but there are lots openings now, so I'm just getting started. =] XBOX ... HERE I COME!

Drama

Yes. We all know what it is, but why does drama control everyone's life? What I mean is why can't people mind thier own business? Some people are afraid of what people think of them and don't want to have a bad image. They take what the idiot drama-causing jerks say seriously. Well, guess what? They don't know jack freaking crap. If someone doesn't know you, tells you that you are stupid and BELIEVE them, then you clearly have issues. Me? I don't care what people say about me. All you can do is be yourself. I will never be a cool, popular kid in high school only because I don't wanna be. Sure it's nice to be liked, but when you have to keep that reputation and do well in school? Not a lot of people can do it. I know I can't.

And another thing, peer pressure. Oh Muh God! People just seriously listen to what your parents say. Don't do drugs and do not drink. It ruins your chances to get into college and I can garuntee that your parents will kick you out when you are 40 or even younger than that. One MORE thing! When you call people names, it hurts. Seriously, it does. I've been there and I didn't like it one bit. But it's also a matter of standing up for yourself. Drama can ruin someone's life. I'm being completely SERIAL!!! Like Al Gore and Man-Bear-Pig, I'm super, duper SERIAL!! (Thank you South Park) So for all you drama "pushers", knock it off or man-bear-pig will eat you!!!

People are idiots

This needs to be said because it's begining to piss me off. I don't know about all of you but people today are pretty dumb. They rely mostly on technology and people so they have more time for them. Well, guess what? It's NOT about you, it's about ALL of us. More importantly, It's about everyone and everything. Personally, I don't get it. Why is it that I work at Wegmans and push heavy loads of carts into the store then get yelled at by managers and dirty looks from people? I mean CMON!! I f you want to bring in all the carts that we have to so we can fufill your 'needs', then get them yourself. I'm not gonna break my back so you can yell at me. Another thing is why do people get mad at you when you do something nice for them? Recently, I was going to help an elderly woman with her garbage. But when I went to pick up the trash that fell out of her trash bin, she YELLED at me!!! SHE FREAKING YELLED AT ME!!! What is this world coming to? I don't care if I was having a bad day or I was going to die in 30 second. I would have thanked someone for helping me.

People are also dumb when it comes to driving. Okay so if people want to get somewhere fast what do they do? They put people's lives at stake by driving fast and outta control. I almost got killed because a driver decided to run though a red light, going 50 in a 30 speed zone. It literally came like 2 feet away from me. I was like "WTF?!". If I was the fighting type I'd beat the crap out of him. Oh well, I just think that some people are stupid beyond belief. That's all.

November Rain!!

November Rain is the best tribute band EVER for Guns N' Roses. I've always loved Guns N' Roses but they haven't played in a long time. Basically, because they are retired and old ... or dead. Anyway, last night I went to Magic City Music Hall with my friend Kristen from work. (and for all of you who don't know, I work at Wegmans) We saw this awesome opening band that sung a lot of songs from 92.5 KGB. It was sick nasty. Then November Rain came out and started out with "Welcome to the Jungle" with sounded just like Guns N' Roses. I was amazed on how well they did. I mean I've never heard a tribute band before. Then later on they played "Paradise City" which in my opinon is the best song by Guns N' Roses. It's also the song in the new game "Burnout Paradise." That is a cool racing game by the way. Iv'e played it and loved it. The point is that they started and finished singing it quite well. After that, it got kinda boring because they were singing low rated songs that I don't even know what they were called. I mean yeah, they played "Frieght Train", (obv.) "November Rain", and "Live and Let Die" but on the verge of leaving, November Rain played "Sweet Child of Mine". EVERYONE in that building bascically stormed the stage. It was hilarious all the drunk ladies that jumped on stage and started dancing with them. The guy who played Slash's (aka the greatest guitar player ever) guitar was doing the classic Slash lean on someone's back while playing the guitar. I was very pleased that night and how ridiculously insane they were. November Rain, you get major props.

High School Sucks

High School does indeed bite the big one! There's a couple reasons for this but it's basically because of the students that make me want to pull my hair out by the roots. It's just a big fucking popularity contest in this school and if you are one of people who won't be friends with someone because you didn't like the way they dressed or the way they spoke then you are clearly immature. You should try to be friends with everyone just because everyone needs a friend, even if it's just one. I know people in my school that won't talk to someone 'cause they are cool enough. I mean what's "cool"? Oh my bad, you gotta wear top notch clothing and and you got to be popular. I am not "cool" at all in my school but if I have a few people that I know, then I'm happy. It's like what's wrong with you all? You could even save a life if you talk to someone who doesn't talk to anyone. This person could have suicidal thoughts. Better yet, put yourself in someone else's shoes and just think how bad it must feel to be left out all the time. I say shame on all those ass wipes that can't talk to someone because they're "EGO" might be crushed. I got some choice words for that ... YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE!!!!!! You're in fricking high school and unless you know everyone in every school in NYS, then you need to get a life. I don't have an ego and I don't want one. This goes for all the "cool" teachers that need to get real too. It's not about you it's about ALL of us here in this awesome country.

College Bound!!!

On October 28 2007, I had sent out an application to Monroe Community College (MCC) up in Rochester. I wanted to get in that school BADLY because it is cheaper than going to Rochester Institute of Techonology (RIT). I simply want to go to MCC for 2 years for the Electrical Engineering 2+2 program, where all the credits are tranfered into RIT. Anyway, I was working on Jan 19 2007 at Wegmans as an outside dude. My parents drove up next to me and handed me mail. Now I wasn't supposed to open any mail on the clock but I did anyway. I saw the letter was from MCC and it said 'Welcome!' on it. My first reaction was 'OMG!!!' then I flipped shit!! I swear I was like a 5 year old that just saw Mickey Mouse! I was jumping around the parking lot, just excited. But on the other hand people thought I was crazy ... good for them. Leelya (UE - Leelya, ya'll know who I'm talkin about) and a Vestal girl, Natasha that I was working with were looking at me wierd. I mean if you just got accepted to a college that you waited 3 months for, wouldn't you FLIP SHIT?! I know I would and did so yeah. I'm headed for college for sure.

CSI: Miami + Horatio Caine = Pure Insanity

While I was watching CSI tonight, I realized that Miami is easily the best out of the three CSI's. I say this because Horatio Caine, played by David Caruso is one kick-ass cop. He's really smart, finds the bad guys and gets the chicks. But all that aside, he has some pretty kick-ass shades which scare the criminals before they even look at him. I mean if someone is THAT good then they must have a tv show that's a major hit. The shades are the pinnacle (B Shave's word) of his 'coolness' so to speak because everyone that watches this show knows that he the don of the police mafia. Trust me when I say that if you are well known, then there's something that people remember you for, just like Horatio's glasses. And just like his glasses the way he finds out information for his cases is un-freaking-believible. I mean he can see things that you can't see from third-person like a trail of blood in an inground pool in the back. Now I couldn't see it until the camera zoomed in! I was amazed and shocked that they found that. Anyway, the point is that Horatio Caine is the best character in all the CSI's making CSI: Miami the best CSI.

The people in our education system ... what loserz

Today a very stupid thing happened. We got out early from school, woop-dee-doo! Who cares? It was only an hour and Vestal got out before us!! This really got me pissed off so I got to thinking "What are they thinking?" Now sounds stupid, I know but hear me out. They give us days off when we do not need it or like SOME dumb occurances when they let out one school but not another THEN penalize not only the one school (ehrrm ... Jennie F.) that had the bomb threat but EVERY school in the district by giving everyone another day of school. Sure they gave us another snowday, and the fact we had a snowday that day anyways doesn't prove my point. I personally think that we should have still had the day off but Jennie F. had to go to school. That would have been the way to go. But NOO the people with the degrees and 'important' papers said no, we are doing it our way. That's BULL. I'm sorry but if I wanted someone to dictate my life, I would have had moved to former Soviet-Union by now.

It just irritates me that nowadays you have to have a flippin' (credit for that word goes to B Shave) piece of paper that says "Hey guess what? You're home free!" Even if someone knows how to something better than a person that went to college, they'll still stick with the guy from college. Sure I'm going to college only because if I don't, I won't live a great life that I'm dreaming of. By that I mean a nice house, a Lamborghini Murcielago LP640, and maybe a Chihuahua ... actually maybe a nice ferret. Chihuahua's give me the heebee geebees. Anyway, the educational people should decide to things a little differently, like getting a clue. That's my opinion, but whatever.

"Wiihabiliation" ... omg

Okay. I was lookin on Yahoo and I came across this article. It was odd because it was called "Wiihabilitation." I was curious so I checked into it. It had an elderly lady what looks like she's using the wii remote. Now I just HAD to check this out. I couldn't stop laughing when I read this because apparently the wii is used in some rehab establishments to help patients who are recovering from strokes, broken bones, surgery and even combat injuries. Wierd though effective, it is used to replace PT - physical therapy or as some patients would call it "pain and tortue." It's simliar to the excersices they do but ... hey cmon now. If you had to choose between playing a video game or go through "pain and torture", the choice is obvious. Duh, the Wii. Even wicked old people are playing it to help them feel thier arm again. I just thought that this was pretty awesome, considering video games are freakishly amazing!
